Founded in 2000 and grown out of Qingdao Baoli Xingsheng Foam Plant, it is today a modern enterprise by Jiaozhou Bay combining the production and sales of insulation building materials with external wall insulation construction.

Qingdao Yongguan Insulation Building Materials Co., Ltd. is located in the Airport Industrial Zone by the scenic Jiaozhou Bay of Qingdao, Shandong Province. Founded in 2000, with Qingdao Baoli Xingsheng Foam Plant as its predecessor, it is a modern enterprise integrating the production and sales of building materials such as XPS insulation boards, expanded polystyrene boards, dry mortar, alkali-resistant fibreglass mesh and insulation anchor fasteners.
The company has a registered capital of 2 million CNY, total assets of 30 million CNY and an annual gross output of 60 million CNY. It has 2 engineers, 4 assistant engineers and 10 technical specialists, with more than 80 staff in total, and runs a complete production organisation from raw material batching and extrusion forming to in-line cutting and factory inspection.
The slogan on the workshop exterior wall is also our commitment to customers: the plant mainly produces EPS foam boards, XPS insulation boards, mortar, polystyrene granules, redispersible powder, vitrified hollow microspheres and putty. It holds a grade-two construction qualification and can contract external wall insulation, coatings and decoration projects.
What We Do
Not just supply — we also take part in bringing the insulation layer onto the building.
XPS insulation boards, graphite XPS boards, EPS foam boards and underfloor heating insulation boards are produced to the thickness and sizes required by each project, with the Chengyang and Laixi plants scheduling production together.
Ancillary materials such as dry mortar, alkali-resistant fibreglass mesh, insulation anchor fasteners, polystyrene granules, redispersible powder, vitrified hollow microspheres and putty ship from the same plant, and the sales network covers Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai and Rizhao.
With a grade-two construction qualification, it can contract external wall insulation, coatings and decoration projects, providing an integrated material-plus-construction service for developers and general contractors.
Milestones
The predecessor, Qingdao Baoli Xingsheng Foam Plant, was founded, beginning the contract production and supply of polystyrene foam materials.
A production base was built in the Airport Industrial Zone by the Jiaozhou Bay of Qingdao, forming two lines for XPS insulation boards and EPS foam boards, and expanding into ancillary materials such as dry mortar and fibreglass mesh.
A further plant was added at the Jinling Industrial Park in Jiangshan Town, Laixi, enlarging the finished-goods yard and standing stock and extending supply to Yantai, Weihai and Rizhao.
Obtained the three management system certificates for quality, environment and occupational health and safety, covering production of polystyrene foam (XPS), valid until 2029-08-30.

It follows a path of independent innovation, serving the building energy-efficiency industry with strong technical capability, advanced production equipment and refined technical processes. Its sales network now covers Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai, Rizhao and other cities, and it is listed as a designated supplier by large domestic developers such as Hisense Real Estate, Baitong Real Estate, Qingjian Group, Poly Real Estate and Greentown Real Estate.

Quality Control
Differences in insulation performance usually show up in batch-to-batch stability, so we place the checkpoints at three stages: raw material, in-process and dispatch.
The grade, batch certificates and appearance of the polystyrene resin, flame retardant and additives are checked; anything that fails is not fed into production.
Extrusion temperature, melt pressure, pulling speed and board thickness are monitored, recorded by shift, with spot checks of the cell structure.
Thickness, dimensions, apparent density and compressive performance are spot-checked against the order specification, and inspection and conformity certificates are supplied with the goods.
A sample from each batch is kept and matched to its stack number, so it can be traced and re-checked on site.
