Supply and service scope
- Standard sizes are kept in stock; non-standard sizes, special shapes and thicknesses are cut to drawings.
- Sites in Qingdao and nearby are produced in scheduled batches and shipped in lots; stack numbers match the delivery documents.
- Grade-two construction qualifications for external wall insulation, coatings and decoration; construction subcontracting is available.
- Supports engineering sample submission and acceptance documentation, providing factory inspection reports and certificates of conformity.
How to Order
From enquiry to delivery
A quote can start as soon as the application location, required thickness and fire performance class are given; the more complete the drawings or bill of quantities, the more accurate the selection and the production schedule.
Submit requirements
Call or write with the application, the area or volume, the required thickness and the fire-retardant grade.
Confirm selection
Check thermal conductivity, compressive strength and edge type against the design or drawings; samples can be sent if needed.
Quotation and contract
Sign the contract once specifications, batches, delivery milestones and freight arrangements are fixed.
Production and delivery
Production is scheduled to plan, boards are cut and stacked; factory inspection reports and certificates of conformity ship with the goods.
Visit & Sample
Visiting and sample guide
- Please book by phone one working day ahead and state the purpose of the visit (material inspection, on-site dimension check, sampling for testing or construction coordination) so the workshop and storage stacks can be arranged.
- At the plant you can directly compare ordinary XPS boards, graphite XPS boards and EPS foam boards for surface density, colour and cutting quality.
- For posted samples, provide the delivery details and the required test items; samples carry batch and specification labels.
- Vehicles follow plant directions for parking and loading; inside the production workshop a staff escort is required and hearing protectors and hard hats must be worn.
- For construction coordination matters (interface treatment, anchor spacing, rendering system), build-up descriptions and ancillary material lists can be provided.
